Interactive Video Installation
Fantasy for Allan Kaprow - Contemporary Image Collective, Cairo (2009)
An interactive video installation with a video loop and 5 movement sensors. Each sensor triggers text that scrolls on small light boards. Depending on how the audience approach or move in front of the installation, different texts get activated expressing the feelings of the artist on screen. The video loop portrays the artist with a hand cursor moving gently all over his face. Sometimes the face reacts to hand cursor, with a little grin or by moving the mouth or the eyebrow.
